Business Plan
Its great to have a dream but if you don’t have a plan, then your dream can quickly turn into a nightmare! Many businesses fail due to a lack of a detailed plan. We will work with you to develop a definite plan, complete with numbers. This will let you see the risks and potential of your business, we’ll also help you to adapt and monitor your plan to maximise your chances of success.
Banks and Funders will often require a Business Plan before providing funding, however, the real value in a business plan is for you, the entrepreneur, so you are able to measure how you’re doing and adapt accordingly. We believe that business planning should be an ongoing process and are happy to help throughout the whole process.
Set Up
We’ll help you decide the best structure for your business, whether it’s a Sole Trader, Partnership or Limited Company and as part of this process you will need some, or all, of the following services that we offer:
- Incorporation of your own limited company
- VAT Registration
- PAYE Registration
- Bookkeeping Set up (Xero software)
- Xero Software Training
We also offer outsourced bookkeeping and payroll services, if you would rather leave this to the specialists.
Fees
Our Fees are always fixed, agreed in advance and paid monthly by Direct Debit using GoCardless. The fee includes telephone and email support, so you won’t get any unexpected fees.
We appreciate that going into business is expensive and cashflow can be challenging in the early stages, so we offer a 20% discount on our fees for the business’ first 12 months trading.
