Xero accounting software connects with several online payment services that make it easy for your customers to pay you on time, every time. The two services we use at McCleary & Company and recommend to our clients are Stripe and GoCardless.
Xero has integrated with Stripe to help you get paid faster. Using Stripe your customers can pay your invoices using their preferred credit or debit card right there on the spot. Stripe can be set up in minutes and save you hours chasing payments. Just connect your stripe account with Xero or if you don’t have a Stripe account, create one in Xero. A Pay Now button will be enabled on your online invoices allowing your customers to pay with their credit or debit card. It’s quick and easy to start accepting payments through Stripe.
GoCardless is used to collect direct debits for reoccurring invoices and one-off payments. GoCardless removes payment pains with direct debit and results in no more late payments and better control of your cashflow. With seamless Xero integration it puts you in control of when you get paid and automatically reconciles your invoices, saving hours of admin.
