As most employers will already be aware, compulsory Auto Enrolment for staff pensions is approaching fast. Employers with 50 or more employees need to have a scheme in place by 1 April, while smaller employers will have to register, depending on their PAYE Reference Number, between June 2015 and April 2017. This legislation imposes significant financial and administrative costs on all employers supported by a punitive penalty regime. It is therefore vital that Employers are aware of their responsibilities and are properly prepared, well in advance of their staging date.
We are therefore pleased to invite you to a seminar, being run jointly by ourselves and Lumen Financial Planning Ltd., which will explain the measures, your responsibilities and how we can help you to comply.

We will have three speakers on the day; Jason Holmes and Gail Kilpatrick will cover the background, the whys and the what, while Warren McCleary will concentrate on the detailed administrative rules and penalties. We will finish with the possible solutions, whether that is via one of the big insurance companies or via the government backed NEST scheme.
