The Department of Employment and Learning have confirmed that 100% funding will continue to be available in 2014/15 for their Management & Leadership Development Programme.
Any SME with three or more employees is entitled to apply for up to £7,000 worth of training.
The training is provided by independent trainers. We at McCleary & Company have used People First's 'Manage4Success' programme during 2013/14 and plan to enroll on Linkubator's 'Driving Performance' and 'Negotiation Master Classes in 2014/15.
